Additional parking is not guaranteed and may be limited based on community availability.
Trailers, boats, RVs, oversized vehicles, and street parking are not permitted.

Primary reservation holder must be 25+ and must remain on-site for the duration of the stay (ID may be required).
Maximum occupancy for this home: 4 guests. Registered guests only.
A signed Coastline rental agreement is required to finalize your booking. Arrival details are released only after completion.
No parties, events, gatherings, or unauthorized visitors.
No pets.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including balcony areas.
Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Pool wristbands are required. Replacement fees may apply for lost wristbands or community items.
Guests must comply with all HOA and resort rules. Resort policies and fees are subject to change by Sandestin.

Includes: professionally laundered white sheets and towels; one roll of paper towels; three kitchen trash bags; two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom; hand soap (bathrooms and kitchen); dish soap and sponge; two dishwasher pods; two laundry detergent pods; and travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths.
Beach towels are not included.

Sandestin is best explored by car, resort tram, walking paths, and quick trips to Baytowne Wharf and the marina. Beach access is available via tram service or driving to designated resort access points.
