The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.

Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.

This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.

Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation

We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- Max of 4 cars per address. Please do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined. No parking is allowed by any "blue" painted curb; vehicles will be towed within 24 hours. Do not park on any sidewalks; vehicles will be towed within 24 hours.

Great Townhouse !

Just returned from our first stay at Windsor Island Resort and this property was excellent. Immaculate and so spacious. Smelled so fresh & clean as soon as we walked in. Very comfortable beds & sofas. Walking distance to the pool & clubhouse. A really great location. Loved everything about our accommodation including the management company, we received great communication and the house was so welcoming when we arrived. We will definitely be back.

The house is comfortable and has all the needed amenities. The response time on our questions and request was very good. The location is also very good, close to all main attractions, like Disney, Kennedy Space Center, Sea World etc. We enjoyed very much the stay.

The house was amazing and very clean. My only suggestion would be a large glass baking pan. We had to cook our chicken in 3 intervals for dinner .Other than that it was perfect. The club house is so much fun as well! This was our second time there and we will surely book again!

The property is clean. The bed are comfortable. The kitchen is adequately equipped for cooking. Plenty of towels and closet space. I would chose this home again and again. Walking distance to the clubhouse. Toddler friendly.
