We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Beach Bliss with a Caveat

The condo and complex were wonderful. Everything was as described. We enjoyed various items on the property including pickleball, the pool and shuffleboard. Also, it is a very convenient location to several restaurants and activities.The only warning is perhaps seasonal and a recent development (I grew up in Sarasota). The condo properties have become very strict with "their beach" so there is not a ton of beach afforded The Anchorage.

Really enjoyed our stay there. The view was amazing! Being able to see the sunset from the balcony was great. The condo was very clean. Loved having the tennis court, pool, and close beach access. Would definitely stay again!

Global was extremely helpful with initial hiccups and always responded timely. The initial cleaning could have been better with several items needing addressing but they were taken care of promptly. Space is limited in the kitchen for food. The view is gorgeous during the day and night. The breeze trolley is very nice and easy to use for trips to Siesta Key Village. There is a separate entrance to the beach but we didn't find a designated area on the beach for The Anchorage, there was space further up the b

Our stay was incredible! From the moment we booked, the staff was exceptionally helpful, providing great advice and quick responses whenever we needed assistance. The facility was fantastic and met all our expectations, if not exceeded them. We absolutely loved our unit. There was a slight sulfur smell to the water at times, but it was a minor issue compared to the overall wonderful experience. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

The pictures do not do this property enough justice! The views are absolutely breathtaking ! The interior of the condo is beautifully updated and spacious. All the amenities are very well kept and available. Host was prompt and friendly. Would stay again, and highly recommend.
