Parking: 2 parking spaces plus boat trailer parking.

1st Level of the Home (Outdoor Oasis):
On the first level of this house on stilts, you ll discover a shaded oasis ideal for relaxation and outdoor gatherings. The enclosed yard is a haven for your pets to join in the vacation fun. Prepare delicious meals on the grill and enjoy the private heated pool, spanning 176 sqft, for ultimate relaxation and leisure. Additional amenities include a 26-foot dock, fish cleaning station, bait freezer, kayaks, paddle boards, and a charming outdoor dining area that offers stunning ocean views, perfect for enjoying meals in the open air.
2nd Level of the Home:
Upon entry to the main level of the home, discover a spacious gourmet kitchen for leisurely breakfasts and preparing meals with fresh catches, featuring bar stool seating and ocean views for a social cooking atmosphere. Adjacent is a dining area seating six, seamlessly flowing into a living room with a wall-mounted TV and ample seating.
The Master bedroom offers a King-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom, connected via double doors to the living room, features a King bed and views of palm trees. The second guest bedroom includes two sets of bunk beds and scenic surroundings.
Accessed through dual sliding glass doors from both the master bedroom and living room, the upper patio showcases breathtaking ocean views and an additional propane barbecue grill. Ideal for relaxation and sunset views, it epitomizes the perfect vacation home getaway.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

The property was exactly as described and it truly was like being at home away from home. The location was perfect and the house was so comfortable and relaxing. There aren’t words for the views, to be able to sit on the balcony and see the ocean was beautiful! And the pool was truly the best bonus to the property.

We spent a week for a family vacation, and it was everything described! Right on a canal where the kids fished and boated - it was incredibly well equipped for us to make the most of our time outside and on the water. We used the kayaks and paddle boards daily, and the pool was a perfect way to stay cool with the kids fishing from the dock! Having a fridge and bait freezer outside was a major plus too! Inside had plenty of space, great views, and everything we needed to cook family dinners. Location was great too - took a day trip to Key West, and found great snorkeling spots just over the 7-mile bridge about 20 minutes away. Absolutely recommend and would stay again!

We had a great time at this property. The small pool is perfect and being right by the ocean was great. The property was very clean and well appointed. I would definitely recommend this place to someone wanting to come stay in Marathon.

Everything about this property was wonderful. The house was beautiful, clean, well-maintained and comfortable. The views were incredible! We enjoyed the pool, and loved seeing all of the marine life from the dock. We were lucky enough to see manatee, parrotfish, angel fish, and barracuda. We had an amazing vacation and would love to come back!

This beautiful home was a perfect tropical getaway escape from reality for my family and dogs. We were able to enjoy all the amenities. Easy access to the ocean from the boat dock. The house is very clean and the pictures don't make justice of how beautiful the home is. We loved having the second floor balcony, especially the dogs they loved relaxing looking at the beautiful ocean and watching the birds fly. Great customer service overall. I would highly recommend this house.

Several times a year we rent Airbnb throughout the country and I will have to say this is definitely the top not only was the Airbnb exactly what we were expecting I think was even more! The house had all the accommodations that you would expect for home in the keys and we cannot wait to come back.
