Family Trip
Maryellen ·
Great getaway for our Universal trip. The home was really clean, comfortable, and a nice place to relax after long days at the parks. Thanks for the goodies!
Holiday

We had problems for 12 of our 15 day stay with the pool. It really had a negative impact on our vacation
Excellent family vacation

Home was very nice, plenty of room for us (there was 13) home was beautiful and cozy! Lots of towels and pool towels, kitchen has all the necessary items to cook. we would def stay here again if we are back in the area. We had one little issue and they were very responsive and right on top of getting it taken care of.

Just as described, everything was clean and ready to enjoy. We liked that every bedroom has a private bath. The pool and spa was nice. Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies in kitchen. Had a couple issues but they was very quick to respond and try to fix the issues. Very helpful and definitely great customer care. Would definitely stay with this company again.

We were a little unsure about trying a different home this time, but it ended up being one of our favourite stays yet. The house was beautiful, comfortable and had the same thoughtful little touches we love, including the welcome goodies. The community was new to us, but we really enjoyed it and would happily stay there again. Thank you to the team for suggesting such a great option — we are already thinking about next year’s trip!
The Perfect Stay
Kris ·
The accommodation, service, staff and location could not be faulted. The villa was huge, so much bigger than the pictures (we had a lounge we didn’t know what to do with). There was a surprise games room in the garage which kept us entertained on rest days. Plus the club house was a short 5 minute walk and had so many facilities it was perfect to spend a few hours enjoying the atmosphere. In summary perfection.

We loved our stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The best part was being within walking distance to the clubhouse and restaurant — so convenient. We'd definitely stay here again
Excellent Service

I can't say enough good things about our stay with White Rose Villas. From the beginning to the unexpected end, they went above and beyond. The house(es) were beautiful and they fit our party of 9 comfortably. We had plenty of room and truly enjoyed the layout. The game rooms were an added bonus. The Solterra complex is fantastic and full of amenities. Our families had a great time in the clubhouse pool, jacuzzi, lazy river and water slide. To fully understand our appreciation, when our flights got canceled due to a snowstorm and we had to extend our stay an extra three days, Cailin and Lisa from White Rose were super sweet and accommodating. They were able to move us to another one of their beautiful homes, which alleviated so much stress. We can't thank them enough! We would absolutely stay with White Rose Villas again! :)
Wonderful Time!
