Solterra Resort vacation rentals
Choose a Solterra Resort rental with space for your family, a private pool and time to enjoy Orlando at your own pace. This gated Davenport community combines vacation homes with a resort pool, lazy river and clubhouse recreation, giving your group plenty to plan around its Disney and Universal days.
Find your Solterra Resort Orlando home
Start with your dates and guest count, then compare the available homes. Solterra vacation rentals offer different bedroom layouts and living spaces, so look beyond the maximum occupancy. Check which bedrooms share bathrooms, whether anyone needs a downstairs bedroom, and how many people can sit together for dinner.
A private pool makes it easy to take a break at home between outings. Selected properties also have games rooms, themed bedrooms or additional entertainment, but these features vary by listing. Review the photographs and floor plan for the house you intend to book. Pool heating, spa heating and other optional services may carry separate charges.

Pools, lazy river and resort amenities
The clubhouse is the center of Solterra’s shared recreation area. Enjoy the resort swimming pool and water slide, take a relaxed float along the lazy river, or spend time on the sun deck. The hot tub and poolside Café Sol provide more ways to take a break during a day at the resort.
Beyond the water, the community offers a fitness center, tennis and volleyball courts, a children’s playground and recreation space. Plan a mix of active afternoons and quieter time at your villa. Check operating hours and the rules for individual activities, including age or height requirements where applicable.
Resort access charges are separate from optional extras at your vacation home. Review the listing and rental agreement for the fee and access arrangements that apply to your reservation. Food, drinks and any optional rentals or services are charged separately.

Take a look around Solterra
Explore Solterra in this resort video and consider how the community fits your Orlando plans. Leaving a few unhurried afternoons at your vacation home gives the group time to recharge between busier days at the attractions.
Compare each home’s bedroom layout, seating and dining capacity, and the pool space shown in its photographs. A resort tour gives an overview of the setting; it does not replace the details of the individual property you will reserve.
Before booking, check the resort access arrangements, applicable fees and any optional extras such as private pool heating. Share your priorities with our team if you need help narrowing down the homes for your dates.
A Davenport base for Disney and Orlando
Solterra Resort is in Davenport, near the ChampionsGate area and the I-4 corridor. It is a useful base for Walt Disney World® days, trips to Universal Orlando™ and time exploring Central Florida. Nearby shopping and restaurants make it practical to stock the kitchen or head out for an evening meal.
Driving time depends on traffic, the park entrance and your home’s position within the community. Check the route for each day rather than relying on a single travel estimate, and allow time for parking and entry. A car offers flexibility for groceries, restaurants and days out. Theme-park admission and parking are not included with your accommodation.
