Orlando Vacation Rentals with Private Pools
Make the pool part of your vacation, not another place to travel to. Choose an Orlando-area home where breakfast, a swim and an afternoon in the shade can all happen at your own pace.

Choose the pool that fits your stay
Private pools are not all the same. A family with young children may prioritize a shallow entry and easy sightlines from the terrace. A group of adults may prefer a larger deck, shaded seating and a spa for evenings after the parks. Compare the photographs with the amenity list for the exact home you are booking.
Look beyond the water itself. Count outdoor dining seats, check how much of the terrace is covered and consider whether your group wants sunny lounging space or somewhere comfortable to read in the shade. A waterfall, slide or putting green is a feature of particular homes, not a standard inclusion across the collection.
Pool heating and spa questions to ask before booking
Florida sunshine does not guarantee warm pool water throughout the year. Ask whether heating is available for your chosen home, what it costs, when it must be requested and whether a minimum number of days applies. Heating performance can depend on weather and the equipment at the property.
A spillover spa may share equipment with the pool. Confirm how it operates and when it can be heated; do not assume it works like a separate hot tub. Check pool safety arrangements and supervise children whenever they are near the water.

Plan the days between the theme parks
A private pool gives everyone a reason to slow down. Keep your first afternoon flexible after travelling, plan a breakfast swim on a rest day or return home for a relaxed meal together. For families, a home with themed bedrooms can keep the sense of adventure going indoors as well.
Our large-group planning guide helps you compare dining space, bedroom layouts and living areas. If you want both a private pool and a resort water park, read the Reunion water park guide and confirm the individual home’s resort access before reserving.
Find your Orlando pool home
Start with your dates and total guest count in our property search, then review the pool photographs and amenities on each listing. For a more focused shortlist, tell our team your children’s ages, preferred resort, bedroom requirements and whether pool heating is important. We can help you compare the available options and understand the full quote.
Is pool heating included?
Do not assume it is. Availability, charges and operating conditions depend on the home and your dates. Confirm the heating arrangements in your quote before booking.
Does a private pool include Reunion Resort water park access?
No. The home’s private pool and the resort’s shared amenities are separate. Confirm resort access for your selected home before you reserve.
