Large Group Vacation Rentals in Orlando
Stay together without spending every moment in the same room. A large Orlando vacation home gives families and friends space for shared meals, pool afternoons and quieter time of their own.

Start with people, then bedrooms
Before comparing 10, 12 or 14-bedroom vacation homes, write down who is travelling and who will share. A property’s maximum occupancy is not the same as its number of adult couples’ bedrooms. Bunk rooms, twin beds and sofa beds can make two homes with the same capacity feel very different.
Match each household to a room, then check bathroom arrangements and floor levels. Consider early risers, children’s bedtimes and anyone who would prefer fewer stairs. If you need specific accessibility features, ask for measurements and photographs rather than inferring them from a floor plan.
Meals together are part of the vacation
One of the pleasures of a luxury vacation home is gathering around the table. Make breakfast before the parks, share a relaxed lunch by the pool or plan one evening when everyone stays in. Check the number of dining seats: a home that sleeps your group may not have one table seating everyone at once.
Review kitchen equipment, fridge space, outdoor seating and whether the home permits a visiting chef. Our guest services directory can help with planning extras such as grocery delivery or private dining. Services are arranged separately and depend on availability.

One large villa or homes close together?
One home makes shared meals and spontaneous time together easier. Several smaller homes can give each family more privacy, but being in the same resort does not mean being within a short walk. Ask our team to compare actual locations, availability and the practical journey between homes before booking separate properties.
Check vehicle limits, driveway and street-parking rules, the permitted guest count and quiet hours. A vacation booking does not automatically authorize a wedding, party or other event. Discuss any gathering involving additional visitors with the management team in advance.
Plan a balanced group itinerary
Agree on a few shared plans and leave room for different interests. Some guests may want golf at Reunion, others a day at the parks and others time beside the private pool. Choose a home whose shared spaces work for the times you are all together.
Send us your dates, room-sharing plan, budget and essential amenities. We can help compare current options, including larger villas and mansion-style homes, without treating bedroom count as the only measure of comfort.
Can we hold an event at the house?
Only if the owner or management team explicitly permits it for your booking. Occupancy, visitor, parking and noise restrictions still apply. Ask before reserving.
Are 10–14 bedroom homes always available?
Availability varies by dates and inventory. Search your dates or contact our team for a current shortlist, and verify each home’s bedroom and bed configuration.
