This beautiful 1,433 sq. ft. of soothing living space is perfect for families or multi-couple getaways. Located on the white sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island, this beautiful penthouse inspires seaside living at its finest!
Luxurious Gulf views captivate the eyes upon entering the bright open living room. Relax for a sunset or awaken to the sunrise on the private balcony beyond the living room and Master Suite.
The Master Suite features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) with a full private bathroom. The private bathroom offers a walk-in shower, garden tub, and dual vanities. The 2nd bedroom also features a king bed (sleeps 2) with a full private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk (sleeps 3). For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
Enjoy preparing and cooking meals in the fully equipped and upgraded kitchen!
For outdoor fun, enjoy our beautiful beaches (within walking distance) and the FREE beach service (included in your rent), offering 2 chairs 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). If you prefer to stay sand-free, you can see the beauty of the beach without the sand from our lovely Gulf front pool. Plus, feel free to relax in the pleasantly heated pool or swim in the largest pool on the Island, here only at Waters Edge!

Very clean. Location is fantastic! Right above the pools and the boardwalk to the beach. Ramped boardwalk without steps made it easier to access beach with bad knees, Definitely recommend!

We loved it. Full size washer and dryer, I think they were new. Great patio furniture. Beds were comfortable. Laurie wanted to do some baking but we did not have a hand mixer. I called Easy Vacations and in a couple hours they showed up at the door with a new mixer. Great service. Would certainly stay there again.

I enjoyed our time at waters Edge if only it had not stormed everyday. The unit had everything we need. The blender was broken and it was replaced the next morning. The sand was soft fine white sand with a great pool. Too bad the water had seaweed so it was not clear and blue as expected. Great time with family.

This was our 2nd time staying here. We love it! The view is gorgeous and the place is spacious and clean. Access to the beach is super close and convenient. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Everything was perfect! We love this place so much. Beautiful view, the house so clean. They prepare everything necessary for us . Host always helpful. My family enjoyed this trip. Absolutely , we will be returning on next vacation.
