This charming 2nd-floor, 820 sq. ft. condo is located on the pristine beaches of Okaloosa Island, perfect for small families or couples seeking a relaxing beach escape. With easy access to the beach and stunning Gulf views, Sandy Shores offers a peaceful retreat where you can unwind and enjoy the coastal lifestyle.
Inside, the condo features a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A cozy bunk bed alcove (sleeps 2) in the hallway and a queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the living room provide additional sleeping space for up to 6 guests.
The upgraded kitchen is fully equipped for meal prep, and the condo includes linens, towels, and an in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience. You ll also enjoy one reserved covered parking spot in the garage.
Outdoor activities abound! Take advantage of the FREE beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella, available March 1st October 31st), swim in the large pool, or relax in the hot tub during cooler months. You can also cook up a meal at the charcoal grilling area or stay active in the on-site fitness room.

We had a great time here we stayed a week there was plenty to do. Plenty of restaurants nearby and activities for the kids( zoo water park etc.) The view was great from the property it was a very nice spot. We didn't mind the palm tree by the balcony gave a bit of privacy and didn't obscure the view at all. Although we did have a very hard time with the sliding doors they kept getting stuck not even I or the kids could open it, it had to be my husband but other than that there are no complaints just compliments. Lots of cooking tools if you plan on cooking which we did. This place had everything we needed we stayed with our 2 younger children 8 and 10. Plenty of space for them to roam around and play inside. They also had a borrowing bin for beach toys which was nice the kids enjoyed! Thank you for a great stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything we could have needed was provided, plus some. The view was wonderful and any time we weren't on the beach, we were on the balcony. The condo was clean, in a great location, and so easy to call home for a few days. The binder full of information was helpful and answered any questions we had. Check in and check out were seamless, and we would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

We were super happy with our stay. The AC worked amazing! The view was spectacular! The beach was SO close and it made the whole trip so much more enjoyable. The apartment water heater kept up with 4 adults showering. The beds were comfortable. Only complaint is the sliding balcony door, there is a large lip we all kept tripping/kicking our toes on. I'm sure it is to keep the sand from blowing in. It was also super hard to open from all the sand and weathering. But they are all things we easily could live with and no one got seriously hurt on the door. We'd love to stay again.

Loved the beach access !! Chairs and umbrella were awesome already set up by 9am. Very happy with the condo. Definitely , coming back. Super close to Destin !! Loved our whole trip !
