Escape to your coastal paradise at Paradise Palms! This charming 1,091 sq. ft., newly remodeled 2nd-floor corner condo offers the best of beachfront living on the stunning shores of Okaloosa Island. Perfect for families or multi-couple getaways, this cozy retreat offers a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere.
With its soothing coastal colors and inviting decor, the spacious living area creates the ideal space to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf from the private balcony. Whether you re lounging inside or on the balcony, the scenery will captivate you.
The Master Suite features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) with private balcony access and a full attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is perfect for a family, with a full bed (sleeps 2) and a twin bed (sleeps 1). A queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living area (sleeps 2) provides additional space for everyone. A second full bathroom includes a convenient walk-in shower.
For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Plus, we provide linens, towels, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Your stay also includes one reserved parking spot for easy access.
Outdoor lovers will enjoy the beauty of the beach and the FREE beach service (2 chairs 1 umbrella from March 1st to October 31st). You can also take a dip in the pool or enjoy family cookouts at the charcoal grilling area.

Starter Amenities:
We provide guests with a thoughtful selection of starter amenities to make your stay more comfortable. These include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a bar of soap, Dawn dish soap, 10 12 dishwasher tabs, 10 12 laundry pods, a box of trash bags, and a small coffee setup with either 2 2.5 oz packs of ground coffee or 4 Keurig pods (depending on the property), along with 4 5 coffee creamers and sugar packets.
Rental Agreement:
A Signed Rental Agreement is Required on All reservations. It will be emailed separately to you. This must be electronically signed for your door code to be activated.

Security Verification Process: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
House Rules:
- Check-In at 4 pm, Check-Out 10am Some properties may qualify for early check-in of 1 pm for $50 (+tax). *Subject to availability*
- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)

We were a little worried about booking thru a company instead of directly with the Airbnb host bc we’ve had bad experiences in the past but Easy Vacation Services were awesome - very responsive! The condo was just as pictured and had everything we needed plus more - perfect stay all the way around🙂

Everything about this unit was perfect. It was spotlessly clean, all instructions for checking in and out were clear and easy. The furniture was comfortable, and every item needed to enjoy a little home away from home (towels, soaps, shampoos, an abundance of kitchen utensils) was there. TY for a wonderful week!

This condo was beautiful and up to date!! I cannot express how perfect the view is!! It was exactly what we were looking for and gorgeous!! When we were not on the beach or exploring, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony very much and watching the waves, people and birds! The bed was very comfortable the rooms are spacious and decorated in exactly what I would want, "beach style". Chris our host was awesome and very helpful for everything including info on the tropical storm. We had never been though one and did not know what to expect and he put our minds at ease. :)
