Incredible Condo with Killer Views

This condo checked all the boxes! We were amazed at how well stocked the condo was with ample customary items but with extras such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, etc. The appliances were high end and new. The cookware in the kitchen was so good we ordered a set online. The condo was super clean, as well as, the property itself. We felt safe and enjoyed every second!

Beautiful decor and wonderful view over the Gulf. We can definitely see why it's the owner's Happy Place. Impressed with the overall Water's Edge property. The property management company was on site every day - sweeping and mopping the walkways, keeping the elevators pristine, and super friendly guys.

First time at Melissa's Happy Place but 5th year at Waters Edge. Love the layout of the condo and the upgrades they've made. Everything you need is there whether for a couple or a family. We plan on staying here again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay At Melissa's happy place. Although our stay was shortened by the threat of hurricane Helene we received excellent service and communication throughout the days we were able to enjoy the property.

Waters Edge 205, Melissa's Happy Place, is just what this Melissa & her family appreciate when staying at the beach. The view is beautiful, the size of the condo exceeds expectations & the condo was clean. The mattress in the master bedroom is super comfortable. My family & I look forward to returning to this unit again sometime. We have stayed with Easy Vacation Services several times & their quality rentals keep us returning to their units.
