Staying at this beachfront condo in Destin, FL was an absolute dream! The condo is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and offers breathtaking views of the emerald-green Gulf waters right from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out to the beach just steps away was the highlight of our stay. The condo itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living room perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. We loved the beachy decor, which really added to the vacation vibe. The property also features fantastic amenities like a pool and hot tub, and beach access couldn't be more convenient. Location-wise, you can't beat it. It's tucked away in a gated community. With excellent restaurants, and plenty of water activities. If you're looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and convenient place to stay right on the beach, this condo is a perfect choice. We can't wait to come back! Side Note: Check out was a breeze! Also, working with Breathe Easy Rentals was nice and pleasant!

Luna Sea was wonderful, well-decorated, modern, and convenient with covered parking and easy access to elevators and carts. Tops’l is great but wish they would bring back the outdoor hot tub on the main deck. Saw a shark and some rays. Breathe Easy was informative and communicative with us. Uber to and from Beach Manor was easy, and we especially enjoyed Donut Hole, Ocean Club, ordering from Lost Pizza Co., and a ride to Ruth’s Chris.

The condo was absolutely TOP NOTCH!!!! The Luna Sea at Tops’l Beach Manor condo has the most beautiful AMAZING view. We watched the water and dolphins from the bedroom, living room and out on the cute deck! I am very very picky with the cleanliness of places I stay. I can �� % say I found nothing to complain about from the appearance to how clean everything was! Sometimes in places you get odd smells or odors that . Not here! Even the elevator smelled nice. The condo was beautifully decorated! As a matter a fact I came home and redecorated my master bedroom to match. LOL Breathe Easy was so easy to work with. They made our stay from booking to check out great. Will definitely book with them again! Strongly suggest and recommend if you are considering booking thru BE do it!!!!

It was totaling relaxing. Clean, bright, well furnished. We enjoyed it so much we are returning to a different property next week.
