Easy and smooth communication
Matthew ·
Firstly, the villa was perfect for what we needed. Size and space for everyone. All the facilities you would expect from a villa. It is a little, tired in terms of its appearance and would benefit hugely if the walls were painted to brighten it up. There is a lot of dark wood in this Villa. This is not a criticism but constructive feedback. Secondly, communication with management company and in particular a lady named Hannah. I received an email on the day we arrived from Hannah who introduced herself and if there where any issues to contact her. We had an issue with pool heating on day one and the one of the pool screens being damaged. We lost out on two days of pool heating but this was quickly sorted by Hannah and pool screen also got fixed. Hannah also refunded us two days pool heating without me asking for it. I also requested a 4pm late checkout due to our flights being very late at night which was granted no issues. Overall the experience has lead this review to getting 5 starts. The management team was fantastic and compared to the management team I dealt with last year this was like night and day. Nothing was too much. Thank you for everything.

Needs updating, new beds, kitchen plates/cutlery, but great location and home layout all beds with own bathrooms was nice. Pool heat worked perfectly, we had plenty of hot water for showers. Couch was comfy and newer. Had a lovely time, would stay there again

Family vaction. Great home in quiet setting. Will definitely return again to this resort. Peaceful ans private. Close to town but far enough out of town at same time. Great location to everything we had planned and quick to get onto interstate to other destinations too.

Faye ·
Pool was pretty dirty, algae on the sides very bad. Told the girl who came to check on us and she immediately had a pool person come in to treat it. Kudos to her. Rest of the stay was great.
