- 1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
- Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
- Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
- No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
- This is an industry-standard practice.
FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

The location was perfect, very close to where my family was staying, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The tech support team was incredibly helpful and courteous when we needed assistance with the TV. Additionally, the maintenance staff did a fantastic job keeping the pool clean and inviting.

Booking this property online was a breeze, and the photos accurately reflected the beautiful space. The instructions provided made the check-in to check-out process seamless. The house was immaculate, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and appliances we could need. We thoroughly enjoyed the clean pool and the well-maintained patio furniture. The fitness center met all my workout requirements, and the homeowners' pool was a delightful bonus. The staff were exceptionally friendly

The house was beautiful and well appointed. Any issues we encountered, such as the pool pump and alarm panel, were promptly addressed. It might be nice to have a teapot available for guests.
Pleasant but Overcrowded Experience

I have to say it's a very nice place , but far from Private, the check at the security gate was the worst , the line was long people where waiting for hours to check at the gate , also once you finally get into the property , it's was people walk in the middle of the street , they wouldn't move for cars to pass , I didn't enjoy the stay at all , wasn't worth the price , very nice place, but next time I will pass....
