If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

Overall it was a good place to stay, the cleaning fees were a bit excessive and the private beach has a very small area.

We really enjoyed our time here. Lots to do and a great location. Tough to cross the busy street to get to the beach though. Beautiful grounds and nice big pool. It was a little tricky to get inside with all the different codes and numbers for the lock box, condo entry and for the condo. Plus there were keys for the pool bathroom and exercise room. A lot to keep track of but other than that everything was very nice!

Navigating TV Troubles with Help

It was hard to operate the TV without any instructions the number listed a couple of times, but did not get any help. Finally call Airbnb and they got a hold of Tina. She was very helpful and took care of our needs.
Convenient Comfort by the Coast

Enjoyed being so close to places to shop and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was large and water warm. Enjoyed having lots of beach chairs and umbrella.

Very nice spacious condo conveniently located within walking distance of 10 bars and restaurants. Had a small issue with the TV, but after calling the support team, they responded quickly and resolved it efficiently.
Affordable Paradise with a Catch

You cannot beat this condo for the price! It was very well equipped with household and beach items, only a short 3-4 minute walk from the beach, the ocean views were beautiful, dining was within walking distance, and the beds were comfortable! The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that the condo itself had an unpleasant smell that would randomly come in and out. Other than that, we loved the place!

Very cozy place! The free trolly stop is right outside to take you to other parts of the beach but be prepared to wait a little while for the trolley. The host was very nice and communicative!
