Was disappointed the resort pool heat was broken, but there's nothing the host could have done about it. They were very responsive when we asked about a stroller and other amenities for a toddler. When we informed them the remote batteries were dead, they had maintenance out first thing the next day! The home was very spacious and completely spotless. I could see they wiped every inch of the shower, and all the carpets were freshly vacuumed. They even left us a little baggy of cleaning supplies. Overall we were very happy with our stay, and would definitely recommend this vacation home.

Condo was perfect for a week stay. We had a family of 5 & family of 2. Great layout. 5 bedrooms/3 en suites. Kitchen was equipped, (would suggest better pans). My only issue was A\C- they had it locked on 72 and would be so hot at night. Front master was the hottest and they didn't have a fan. Amenities at the main pool were great. Loved that you could walk right over. This is our second year staying at Solara, location and price, and service booking are why we come back. :)
