- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival

- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. The best thing was the peace

The best thing was the peace around, no noise, no parties, no mess. Second, very wide, with a good place to have our reunions of the Christmas and New Year, in family. Third, good supermarket, pharmacies and coffee shops (starbucks coffee, that we love) in the surroundings, very practical. The price was fair for the place.

We have just spent our second week at a condo at Reunion Terraces, and we've booked the same condo for next year. We love how comfortable and clean the condo is, and well equipped. The pool is a short walk away and the location is close to restaurants, stores and other amenities. We have found Florida Vacation Homes to be prompt in returning calls and sending someone when we have had a thankfully rare need we have told them about. We have had a very positive experience with Florida Vacation Homes and will continue to book with them when coming to Florida for vacation

Loved the property and the resort in general. Worth every penny. Even although we lived in another country, no problems with communication. Excellent service. Unit was very spacious and accommodating.

It's our second time with you and both times have been excellent standard of property, value and service. Properties are always a very high standard and spacious. We have used your services before and wil be back on several more occasions as we have business in the area on a regular basis particularly in the winter months. As I have said before the only disappointment is to do with the resort rather than your properties. The gym is extremely poor for a resort of this size. Spacious and clean with New and modern equipment.
