Golden Bear Manor is a spacious 5 bedroom home located within 30 minutes of all theme parks. Plenty of room to spread out, and the pool area is nicely designed. The kitchen has plenty of dishes & glassware. There is a large pantry. The home was clean, with the exception of a blanket that was stored in a closet. The 2 bunk bed rooms were well themed for kids and provided them comfortable sleeping and down-time space. We had an issue with the hot water which was fixed with a phone call within hours while we were at Disney. We had no issues with neighbors & noise. The only reason I can’t give a perfect rating is because the video game room was a major factor in the selection of this particular home and none of the game consoles or the arcade game worked. The pool was a bit dirty so I would suggest you talk with the Magical Vacations team to ensure it’s cleaned the day you arrive. They seemed happy to help. One other suggestion would be to bring some washcloths for the bathrooms if you like them. There were only 4 in our home that slept 10. After hot days in the theme parks you need them! I also recommend renting a car if you fly into Orlando as the price for an Uber or Lyft was about $35 each way to the parks and around $80 to the airport.

Team was great. The booking experience from Magical Vacation Homes was very user friendly and communicated properly via email. Magical Vacation Homes experience was great. RVH_249 was great overall. The pool and hot tub could have been a bit warmer but generally it was fine. Magical Vacation Homes experience was great. RVH_249 was great overall. Little disappointed with unfriendly person when I called a few days before our arrival but everyone onsite once we arrived was exceptional. Our vacation rental was amazing. It was perfect for our group with activities for all ages, plenty of sleeping options and a bathroom for every room. Little ones loved the Frozen and Star Wars themed rooms. Teens loved the game room and pool table. Whole family enjoyed the outdoor pool and splash pad. Couldn't have designed a more perfect vacation home! Our favorite feature was how much the kids loved the house and its amenities. We didn't hear a complaint once about nothing to do and kids were often looking forward to leaving Disney theme parks so that they could spend more time at the house.

Magical Vacation Homes were excellent throughout our booking and our stay. Any queries were answered quickly and thoroughly. The communication we received was clear and helpful. We had an amazing stay with Magical Vacation Homes. The villa was absolutely stunning and finished to the highest standard. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful, all the beds were comfortable and luxurious and the pool and deck area was perfect to relax in. The whole resort was extremely well looked after, felt secure and was in an excellent location close to supermarkets and all the parks. We loved villa 249 and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. In fact, it was that good we were looking at future dates before we returned home! The deck area is perfect for relaxing and watching the golf. The kitchen and living area had everything we needed and more. The bedrooms were so luxurious, bedding was comfortable and we all had a perfect sleep. The villa slept 5 adults and 3 young children during our stay and never once felt crowded. I would 100% stay again. The pool and deck area were stunning although I would genuinely struggle to pick out one favorite feature as the entire villa was perfect. It surpassed all our expectations.

Excellent When we got there, we did not realize they had a storm, so the pool was really dirty. I contacted after hours and spoke to Jason. He told me they normally come around on Tuesday to clean the pool, but he could have someone there on Monday. That was fine, however, to my surprise someone showed up in about 30 minutes. You are lucky to have Jason as part of your team! Thank you for our vacation! We had a great time in Florida and the house made our vacation. It had everything we needed. The property exceeded my expectations! Everyone we talked with was pleasant and helpful. I appreciated the welcome letter and the reminder. The house was beautiful! Everything we needed! Yes. It exceeded my expectations! The house was beautiful. Swimming pool. My granddaughters were in the pool from eight o'clock till dark on the days we were not at Disney. The pool heat worked great. The house having the 3 master suites worked great for us. My youngest granddaughter was into princesses and the other Star Wars. We couldn't have asked for better. Maybe a few video games. We did not bring any with us. We probably would have only used it the night we got there, but it would have been fun.
