This was my family and I first time staying at Reunion Resort. We had an amazing time! The check-in process was smooth, the shuttle service was outstanding (Especially, Joshua with his recommendation and always happy demeanor) and our three bedroom apartment was beautiful, spacious and ccomfortable (Centre Court Seagrove). We had a few issues with the apartment that were address and not addressed. One, there was a leak we were not aware of in the kitchen. It leaked downstairs into the neighbors apartments, but was fixed within two days. Secondly, when we arrived the ceiling fan in the second bedroom could not be shut off. Apparrently there are remotes for all the fans in the unit, but we did not have one for that room. I was concerned my kids would catch a cold. Thank gooddness they didn't. We did inquire, but no one ever came to fix the problem. Lastly, the apartment was schedule for patio power washing, which was done, but the no one every came back to remove the patio furniture from the livingroom back to the patio. We asked the guys (maintenance) who came in to fix the kitchen sink, and one said he would have his guys put it back when they come to repair the sink. We were also told that it was HOA's responsibility to replace the patio furniture back onto the patio. I was over the patio by that point. So when we checked out, tthe patio furniture was still in the livingroom. I'm sure the cleaning lady placed a call to HOA who forgot about it! Despite the minor issues, we had an amazing time. We loved the restaurants, the water park and community pools. It was nice having the shuttle service to take us around the resort. The resort is huge, but beautiful. It is definitely a golffers paradise. I'm sure we will be back again in the near future!

This was our third summer in a row staying at Reunion Resort. We had another great stay, front desk is always nice and professional, the grounds are always clean especially the golf courses. The only negative we experience was dining room chairs and sofa could have been newer in our villas.

⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) I had really hoped to leave a glowing review because this trip was planned to celebrate my son's 6th birthday. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. Our reservation was for July 18–20, 2026, with a scheduled check-in time of 4:00 PM. My family and I arrived around 2:00 PM, and the front desk manager informed us that our condo would not be ready by the official check-in time. Instead, we were told it would likely be around 5:00 PM or later and that maintenance would call once the unit was ready. To the resort's credit, the manager did offer a $100 resort gift card and a complimentary late checkout until 12:00 PM, which I appreciated. We were also able to use the resort amenities while waiting, and I genuinely appreciated those efforts. Unfortunately, the problems only escalated after we finally entered the condo. As soon as we walked in, there was water all over the kitchen floor. We quickly discovered the refrigerator was leaking and not functioning. We had brought food, drinks, baby food, and snacks for our children, all of which were at risk of spoiling. Then my children attempted to shower, only to discover there was no hot water at all. Maintenance was called again and confirmed that the refrigerator was broken beyond repair. Their solution was to bring in another refrigerator. However, because they were unable to remove the original broken refrigerator, they placed the replacement refrigerator in the middle of our living room. This significantly reduced our family's living space and made the condo feel cluttered and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, while bringing in the replacement refrigerator, the maintenance crew damaged the lock on the condo door. This was a serious safety hazard and made the situation even more concerning, especially while traveling with children. Even more frustrating, after everything we had already experienced, the replacement refrigerator didn't work either. At that point, I contacted the manager once more. I explained that I am a content creator and had been excited to showcase and recommend this resort. Instead, I found myself documenting one problem after another. I also explained that once these issues were brought to their attention, I should have been offered better accommodations considering the condition of the unit and the inconvenience my family was forced to endure. I asked if there was anything further that could be done, but I was told that because I had already received the $100 resort gift card and late checkout, there was nothing else the resort could offer. While I appreciate that the staff attempted to address the initial delayed check-in, the condition of the condo itself was unacceptable. A vacation property should be inspected before guests arrive. A leaking refrigerator, no hot water, a damaged door lock, and two non-functioning refrigerators suggest the unit simply was not ready for guests. What should have been a joyful birthday weekend for my six-year-old son became a stressful experience filled with maintenance visits, inconvenience, and disappointment. I sincerely hope the resort improves its inspection and quality control process because the property itself has great potential. However, based on my family's experience, I cannot recommend staying in this particular unit until those issues are addressed.

We recently stayed at Reunion Resort in the Center Court Ridge Villas. We were very impressed with the villa itself, the grounds, amenities, and the staff. The Villa was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. We took advantage of checking out all the pools and enjoyed them all as well as the on site water park. They had transportation that would take you anywhere on the resort which was a plus. Each staff we encountered were all friendly and while this may seem like a little thing, we really appreciated the on site trash pick-up. We could just set it outside our door and call and it would be gone very quickly! We would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!

The facilities were nice and accommodating; I truly wish we had more time to enjoy all the perks of the resort. The family enjoyed the stay, and everything was nice, clean, and well put together. I was skeptical because of the reviews, but my stay was nothing like what I read. Thanks, I'll look forward to returning!

Condo was great, clean and quite nice furnishing. Very spacious, Internet speed fantastic. We had some difficulties with Air conditioner initially which was swiftly resolved - I do believe this may have been us not being aware of how to use the humidity scale. Appliances also top notch. Unfortunately there was a good bit of noise at times from children running around/screaming upstairs, and another night with people drinking outside on the lower level middle apartment. The group of men drinking did quiet down when I called down to them and asked them to reduce the volume and they were apologetic. It's unfortunate that the noise travels so easily between inside and outside, as well as upper level. Id place this stay between a good to great, I've stayed at reunion about 3 times in the past with family (Houses and condo). Though this would be my first time experiencing some irritating noise. Had noise not been a factor I would rate it as outstanding. Though I'm somewhat wary of future stays in a busier season with more noise potential in the condos based on this stay.

The resort and our unit couldn’t have been better! The unit was beautiful and clean, plenty of space for a family of 6. It was so nice to have our own bathrooms. The water park was perfect for our family! The kids loved the lazy river and the slides! The resort made everything so easy! We’ll be back again!
