Ideal location for us work it's own private dock, it's quirky and unique, you need to go round and work out what switch works what light, but it is an old building, and I would say impossible to update with central a/c and electrics ect, but if you want relaxation and fabulous views from your own sofa this is the place to be easy walk to the beach too

The bed was great and I've had four back surgeries so that's saying a lot. I'm a fan of this place! Location is amazing and in a quiet neighborhood. Sunrise on the water is breathtaking. I really couldn't figure out the light switches but I didn't really care as there was plenty of natural light throughout the house. I'm a bit of an airhead too so that was probably on me. The place is lovely. I spent mornings lounging around because it was really comfortable. The manager was prompt and cared about my needs. Even the cleanup crew was polite and endearing. This property has my highest rating.

I saw other reviews and can agree that this cute cottage is a little outdated. Did we care? NO! It's was perfect for bringing our boat and enjoying the entire areas, north and south! Great for my morning runs on the beach! Anything and everything nearby. We'd definitely come back!
