Escape to our charming 2-bed, 1-bath beach condo in St Pete Beach! Steps away from the sand, enjoy the convenience of ground floor access with front and back entrances. Relax with NECTAR mattresses (2022), high-tech ceiling fans, and remote-controlled mood lighting in the bedrooms. Entertainment options abound with a DVD player, Roku TV, Spectrum TV with Free Netflix, and high-speed internet. Relax in the heated swimming pool or explore the area on our 2 adult bikes (available by request only). For outdoor fun, enjoy shuffleboard, beach volleyball, and access to Paradise Grill. Beach essentials include boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and blow-up flotation devices with an electric air pump. Perfect for family getaways with an expandable dining table for up to 6 guests. Experience beachside bliss at our St Pete Beach Friendly Native retreat!

-For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list and identity verification
-Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
-Current HOA restriction for no pets (but check back soon as we hope to be able to host them soon, its up for board review!)
-Parking Pass provided for 2 registered cars

We loved the place and location! Literally across the street from public beach area! Condo was clean, cool, beds were so comfortable! Several restaurants within walking distance! Host was friendly and responsive to questions we had! Great price! Definitely recommend! Would definitely come back here!

Probably the most fully equipped AB&B I've stayed at in 8 years. First floor walkout right to the beach and the end of the street and pool. This room had absolutely everything we needed without question!

Beautiful place - exactly as described - right next to beautiful beach with the warmest water I’ve experienced - plenty of restaurants in walking distance and groceries - 15 min to downtown if you want to go out (def a rowdy time on the late night, younger crowd downtown) - plenty of more family friendly sections too - nice in ground pool on premises - board games included - nice living room with big sectional - we had 4 grown men sleep here (family) but was very comfortable - all you need to enjoy at Pete’s beach and St. Petersburg nightlife! Just be aware there is a fee per hour to check in early or stay later then check out time - very transparent pricing but don’t expect to get in until check in at 4 pm for free that’s all - would def come back!
