Everything was perfect. We were 2 families, and we rented both houses. They are both the same. Very comfortable. Everything was perfect.

Overall we LOVED this place and would definitely stay there again.

The place was very clean. Pool and house were awesome. Not too far from public beach access. Communication with owner was okay. Didnt always respond right away but did respond within an hour or two. Overall we LOVED this place and would definitely stay there again.

We stayed a few nights for a family getaway. The pool was a nice plus. We took advantage of the nearby public beach. The host was very responsive to our requests and very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Our family loved the pool, we used it every second. Layout was good for our needs. We should have realized we were not as close to the beach as we thought, but that is on us. Home was open and large - bedrooms are a great size and having a washer and dryer was very helpful. Our icemaker didn't work which was a bummer.

We had a very nice stay. The house was easy to find and easy to get it it was clean and had a luxury feeling inside and out. There were a few little odd and ends that could be fixed like loose door handles and little handy man stuff but it didn't affect our stay. The pool was beautiful and clean we spent majority of our time relaxing out back. The location is really nice it was a short walk to a few good food spots and bars. The walk to the beach is short and scenic there is a lot to see and the caddy made it easy! Over all it was a perfect vacation and we enjoyed our stay here!

We would certainly consider coming here again.

We either overlooked or didn't understand the layout of this place. We were surprised to find that it's actually too separate units. That was fine because of the structure of our family. We actually enjoyed having separate kitchens and plenty of common space for each side. The pool in the backyard was clean and provided rest and relaxation for all of us. The neighborhood is very quiet. Traffic was minimal and it was a short distance to some restaurants and shopping areas. We did reach out one time because of a concern about the pool. We were told someone would stop over in the afternoon to take a look at it and give us some information about it. However, they never showed. Overall, this wasn't a big deal, but if we would have rearranged our entire schedule for this and they didn't show that would've been an inconvenience. We would certainly consider coming here again.
