Need to Know: The HOA requires a 7 night stay. There is an HOA application that needs to be completed for guests. This requires a photo of a drivers license and a $150 HOA fee. The elevator is unable to be used during heavy storms, so those with difficulty navigating stairs may need to plan accordingly. This unit is DTWN zoned by the City of Sarasota. Please note, the boat dock is reserved separately and is not available for guest use. Please contact us for any questions.

Very scenic balcony. We enjoyed watching the pelicans dive. Really beautiful and scenic view. It was peaceful. Rooms were clean and we had all of the amenities we needed. Very very nice property.

This was, without a doubt, the best Airbnb experience I've had in over 7 years of using the platform. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is amazing, the apartment was spotless, beautifully prepared, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent — fast, clear, and always helpful. You can really tell they put care into every detail. We were traveling with two young children, and the hosts went above and beyond: they left toys, provided a crib with a proper mattress, and made sure we felt completely comfortable. That level of consideration was truly appreciated and made a huge difference. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Incredible stay, great hosts, and an overall experience that exceeded all expectations. We'll definitely be coming back.

This is a beautiful unit with nice views of a canal and the Gulf. The unit was clean and had thoughtful touches, like snacks. It is best for a family, as the second bedroom is small and has twin beds. The property seemed nice, but we did not use any of the amenities to be able to comment. The management company responded quickly when contacted.
