Please reach out prior to booking so we can help make your pup s stay just as wonderful as yours. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. During cooler weather, heating performance may vary depending on outdoor temperatures. Per Sarasota ordinance, this property is limited to one rental per 30-day period. My wife and I took our 5 & 2 year-old here for 9 days. It was a home away from home for us. The house was spacious, clean and beautiful. Highly recommend for anyone with children. The pool is so much fun and there are so many things to do!

What a perfect little home! Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean! My family loved the screened in sitting area and pool. The location was perfect for access to the beach and the village. I would love to come back for another visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Del Mar! The house was beautiful, and all of the appliances were accessible and worked perfectly. The beach and Siesta Village were a little far away, but getting around was easy thanks to the Frog Hop, which I highly recommend. The property manager, Matt, came to meet us and was very welcoming and friendly. Overall, we had an amazing time and especially loved the pool!

Beautiful home. We stayed with other family as we were there for a wedding. The layout of home is excellent. The master is separate from the rest of the home. The other two bedrooms and bathroom is on other side of home with a pocket door to separate and have privacy. The property host Matt was very responsive and able to accommodate our family needs. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was fantastic—very communicative, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. The house was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, which made it perfect for our family. The location was ideal—just a short drive to both the beach and downtown, yet in a quiet, relaxing area. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again. If you're considering booking—do it! You won't be disappointed.
