No smoking indoors You re welcome to smoke outside, just please dispose of butts responsibly.
No parties or events No parties or events are permitted at the property. This home is intended for quiet, residential stays only, and may not be used for gatherings, celebrations, or any organized group events.
Quiet hours Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You are staying in a residential area, so please be considered and keep noise at a respectful level at all times. Excessive or unreasonable noise may disturb neighbors and impact their peaceful enjoyment of their homes.
Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM Need to arrive early or leave late? Let us know! Hourly rates may apply.
Minimum rental age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
Nightly Rate Based on standard occupancy of 8 guests. Additional guest fee of $25 person per night will apply for groups that exceed the standard occupancy, up to the maximum occupancy limit of 10 guests. Please ensure to enter the correct count of guests upon booking to avoid confusion.
Guest list required For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
Sign the rental agreement Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
Child safety Families traveling with young children should note that cabinets and electrical outlets are not equipped with child locks, so parents are encouraged to take appropriate safety precautions. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times, and children must not be left unattended, especially in or around the pool area.
PET POLICY Strictly NO pets are allowed.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals assisting guests with disabilities are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are subject to the standard pet policy.
⚠️ UNAUTHORIZED OR UNDISCLOSED PETS even if tied to a car parked in the property s parking spaces will result in a $500 fee per pet and may also lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.

House was great for my family including two adult children, their girlfriends, my mother along with my brother. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, we all had plenty of space. I'd highly recommend this house in the Clearwater area!

We could not open the front door with the code provided and I honestly may have locked ourselves out by trying too often. I called the property management team and they answered right away and were able to reset the code remotely to get us in. It also looked like the previous renters may have had a party there and there was a bunch of trash outside the side of the house when we got there. It was a lot of trash and it smelled terrible. Once I reported it to the team, they said they would let the owner know. The next morning, someone came in a pickup truck and removed all the trash and even emptied some of the trash bin. We were really pleased with the quick response and service. I would definitely recommend this house and this property management team. Everything was great.

Several of the TVs didn’t work. Since there was only three of us, it really wasn’t an issue. Perhaps the remotes need new batteries. IDK. The overall experience was incredible. When we return for another Clearwater visit, we will first look to see if this property is available.
