THE CORAL RESORT WATERFRONT OASIS

A classic low-rise Old Florida resort set directly on the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway, blending original character with updated amenities. Five small turquoise buildings wrap around a single sunlit pool deck and courtyard. There are only a handful of units in total, so it never feels crowded the way the high-rise hotels a block over do. The courtyard opens straight onto the resort s private dock, with open bay, passing boats and marina views in every direction. Step outside to a heated pool, a private fishing dock, and a grill-side patio, with the Gulf beaches a short walk in the other direction.

Resort Highlights:

• Heated Outdoor Pool: large, open to the sky and sheltered from the wind by the surrounding buildings; open year-round and lit for evening swims
• Poolside Sun Deck: lounge chairs and a shaded courtyard seating area with bistro tables
• Private Fishing Dock: a long dock running out over the Intracoastal, with umbrella-shaded bench seating at the end. Dock access and fishing privileges are included for all Coral Resort guests. Please note that boats and jet skis may not be tied up at the dock.
• Waterfront Sunrise and Sunset Views: sunrise over the bay from the dock, sunset over the Gulf a few minutes walk west
• Patio Area with Grill: perfect for casual outdoor dining
• On-Site Parking: no daily hunt for a beach space
• On-Site Laundry Facilities: convenient for longer stays
• Marinas at the Doorstep: boat rentals, dolphin cruises and fishing charters operate from the slips just up the seawall

LIVING DINING AREA

• Layout: A bright, open living and dining room on the ground floor, with the kitchen opening onto it across a granite breakfast peninsula. Windows on two sides and plantation shutters throughout keep the whole apartment full of soft light from morning to late afternoon.
• Style: This one is not the usual beach rental. Think crown molding, warm wood-look plank flooring, solid wood doors, an antique glass-front china cabinet, an inlaid black sideboard and a floral settee. Coastal, but grown-up. No two units at the resort look alike.
• Seating: A full-size sofa, a cushioned accent settee and two soft storage ottomans that double as extra seats or a footrest. Room to actually spread out.
• Dining: A glass-top bistro table with four wrought-iron chairs sits in its own window nook, plus two counter stools at the kitchen peninsula. Six places to sit down and eat.
• Entertainment: A wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable, visible from both the sofa and the dining table.
• Ceiling Fan: A large, quiet fan over the living area for those evenings when you would rather have the windows open.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

THE BEDROOM

• A Separate Room: A true bedroom behind a solid wood door, which is exactly what most Clearwater Beach rentals in this size range cannot offer.
• The Bed: A King Sized vintage-style black iron bed with fresh linens, pillows and extra blankets, flanked by adjustable swing-arm reading sconces on both sides.
• Your Own Exterior Door: A glass door opens from the bedroom straight out to the covered porch, so you can slip outside with your coffee before anyone else is up.
• Old Florida Details: A painted plank ceiling, a tropical palm-leaf ceiling fan, an antique-black dresser and a round mirror. It feels like a Key West cottage, in the best way.
• Second TV: A wall-mounted flat-screen TV at the foot of the bed.
• Storage: A walk-in closet plus a wall rack with hooks and a shelf, so beach bags and hats have somewhere to live.
• Light Control: Plantation shutters on every window, so the room actually gets dark.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

KITCHEN DINING

• A Real Kitchen: Not a hot plate and a mini-fridge. You get a full electric range and oven, a full-height refrigerator with freezer, an over-range microwave and a dishwasher, so you can genuinely cook rather than just reheat.
• Renovated Finishes: Quartz countertops with a speckled granite breakfast peninsula, white shaker cabinetry with brushed gold hardware, a deep undermount sink and a brushed gold gooseneck faucet.
• Storage: A floor-to-ceiling pantry cabinet and generous drawer space, which is what actually makes a week-long stay comfortable.
• Coffee Breakfast Station: Drip coffee maker on the counter. Brew your first cup and take it out to the dock.
• Cookware Dishware: Pots, pans, plates, glassware, utensils and cooking tools provided, so just bring the groceries. Paper towels, dish soap and starter supplies are on hand when you arrive.
• Breakfast Bar: Two upholstered counter stools at the peninsula, right where the cook is standing.
• Groceries Nearby: A short drive over the causeway puts you at full-size supermarkets, and there is a convenience market within walking distance for the essentials you forgot.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

BATHROOMS

• Full Bath with Walk-In Shower: A large glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a multi-function shower head, a built-in stone niche and a pebble-mosaic floor, wrapped in oversized marble-look tile. No tub wall to climb over.
• Vanity: A sage-green vanity with a quartz top, a round mirror and a row of clear-globe Edison-style vanity lights.
• Guest Powder Room: A separate half bath off the living area with a pedestal sink and a mirrored medicine cabinet, so guests never have to walk through the bedroom.
• Linens Provided: Fresh bath and hand towels, plus starter toiletries and paper goods.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

COMFORT CLIMATE

• Central Air Conditioning Heat: Ducted, thermostat-controlled central HVAC. It cools fast on an August afternoon and takes the chill off a January morning, without a window unit rattling in your ear.
• Ceiling Fans: In both the living area and the bedroom.
• Plantation Shutters: On the windows throughout, for privacy and for a room that actually gets dark at night.
• Free High-Speed Wi-Fi: Strong enough to stream, video call or work a remote day from the dining table.
• Storage: A walk-in closet and a tall pantry, so a week s worth of luggage and beach gear stays out of the walkway.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

YOUR PRIVATE ENTRANCE OUTDOOR SPACE

• Your Own Front Door: A-1 sits on the ground floor of Building A and opens directly to the outside from a shaded covered porch, up brick steps with a handrail. No shared corridors, no lobby, no waiting on an elevator with a cooler in each hand.
• Covered Porch Seating: Chairs on the porch right outside the door, shaded through the afternoon. Morning coffee before the beach, cold drink after.
• Parking at the Door: On-site parking a few paces from your porch, so groceries and beach chairs come straight in.
• Steps to the Pool Deck: The heated pool, sun loungers and courtyard tables are a short walk down the path.
• Out to the Water: Past the pool, the courtyard opens onto the seawall and the resort s private dock, the best seat in the house for sunrise.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PRIME CLEARWATER BEACH LOCATION

East Shore Drive is the quiet side of the island, the bay side. You get the calm water, the boats and the sunrise, and you are still only a few blocks from everything people come to Clearwater Beach for.

• The Beach: Roughly a five-minute walk to the award-winning white sand and clear, warm Gulf water, regularly ranked among the best beaches in the country.
• Pier 60 Park: Fishing pier, playground, and the nightly Sunsets at Pier 60 festival with street performers and craft vendors, all within walking distance.
• Beach Walk Promenade: The palm-lined waterfront promenade along Gulfview Boulevard, lined with restaurants and shops, is a few blocks away.
• Clearwater Beach Marina: Dolphin-watching cruises, sunset sails, jet ski and boat rentals and deep-sea fishing charters launch just up the waterfront from the resort.
• Clearwater Marine Aquarium: A must-do for families, just minutes away across the causeway.
• Shops Beach Bars: Local seafood spots, casual beach bars, ice cream, surf shops and souvenir shopping all close at hand on Mandalay Avenue.
• Getting Around: The Jolley Trolley stops nearby and runs the length of the beach and up the barrier islands, so you can park once and leave the car for the week.
• Airports: St. Pete-Clearwater International is approximately 25 minutes by car; Tampa International approximately 35 to 40 minutes.

EASY-ACCESS FEATURES

A-1 is one of the easier apartments at the resort to live in day to day, but please read this section carefully. It is not a step-free or certified accessible unit.

• Please note, brick steps at the entrance: The apartment is on the ground floor of Building A, but the covered porch and front door are reached by a short flight of brick steps with a handrail. There is no ramp and no step-free route to the door. Guests who cannot manage a few steps should contact us before booking so we can check other suites.
• Once inside: no interior stairs and no elevator. The entire apartment is on one level.
• Walk-in shower with no tub wall to step over in the full bath.
• A second, ground-level toilet in the powder room off the living area, so there is no long walk in the night.
• Parking a few paces from your private front door, and the pool deck sits on the same level as the courtyard.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING

• Steps at the Front Door: A-1 is a ground-floor apartment with no interior stairs, but there are brick steps up to the covered porch and front door, with a handrail. There is no ramp or step-free entry. Please reach out before booking if that is a concern.
• Courtyard Views, Not Water Views: A-1 sits back from the seawall, so the windows look onto the landscaped courtyard and the neighboring buildings rather than the bay. The dock and the water are a short walk away, and both are yours to use.
• Waterfront, Not Beachfront: The resort sits on the Intracoastal Waterway. The Gulf beach is a short walk away rather than directly out the back door.
• Historic Property: The Coral Resort is a lovingly maintained Old Florida property. The interiors are fully renovated, but the buildings themselves carry their original character. That is part of the charm, and worth knowing if you are expecting a new-build high-rise.
• Entertainment: The TVs are set up with cable rather than streaming-loaded smart TVs. You are welcome to sign in to your own apps if the sets support it.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer facilities are shared and on-site, not in-unit.
• Dock Use: Guests are welcome to fish from the dock and enjoy it any time. Swimming and diving from the dock are not permitted, and boats and jet skis cannot be tied up at the dock. If you are bringing a vessel, there are marinas and public ramps nearby; let us know and we will point you to the closest options.

READY TO MAKE MEMORIES?

Picture it: the bedroom door pulled shut and the shutters closed while the bay turns pink outside. Coffee on the porch, then breakfast you actually cooked, eaten at the bistro table in the window. An afternoon float in the heated pool, a line off the dock while the boats head out, then the five-minute walk west to catch the sun drop into the Gulf and the stroll back from the Pier 60 festival with ice cream in hand.
