House was absolutely perfect - very nicely laid out and had all that you needed. Pool and spa area was heat- spa heated up quickly and pool was crystal clear. Had to have maintenance come out for a minor issue and they were responsive and quickly resolved the issue. This house is about a 20 min drive to Siesta Keys. No restaurants are walking distance as the house is right off a very busy street. But many are within a short drive. We rented a boat at Big Daddy's which was convenient to the house. Great week spent at this beautiful home.

The home was beautiful, great layout for family vacation, the kitchen was well supplied, plenty of high quality bath towels, beach: towels, toys, chairs available for use. Pool and deck was so nice to enjoy when not at beach or in the evening. We considered renting a boat-we did not due to other activities but access would have been very easy. Team answered questions promptly.

Can't say enough good things. Would love to stay again!

The heated pool and hot tub were the highlights of the trip! Lots of living space indoor and outdoor for adults and kids to all be together. Kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Lots of beach and pool items to use. Close enough to beaches and restaurants. Can't say enough good things. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful house. If we had any issues they took care of them immediately. Great location on the water. Tons of restaurants nearby.

Would definitely stay again if our travels take us back to Sarasota.

We had a great time enjoying this spacious home with private pool & deck area. It was well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Many great memories were made in the heated pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet with the nearby marina. The boat traffic was entertaining as we chatted with passersby. The passing boats were not noisy or intrusive at all in the canal. Would definitely stay again if our travels take us back to Sarasota.

House was amazing! Beautifully decorated, high end kitchen appliances and the pool and outdoor area was great. We traveled with family for Thanksgiving Holiday week, visiting relatives in the area. Great location, driving access to many great restaurants and beaches. Siesta Key is a 10 min drive and we want daily for morning walks on the beach, great way to start the day. We did rent a boat as they suggested but only for the day, but in future will do it longer since the dock access is very convenient. Highly recommend!

All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

The home was very elegant, all high-end amenities, grandkids like fishing from the dock. The infinity pool is very impressive. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.
