We had a wonderful stay at Matt & Sarah's condo. The Anchorage is such a convenient spot with easy access to the beach, a local market, restaurants, bike rentals, and ice cream. The decor of the condo perfectly suits the coastal vibe of Siesta Key. We enjoyed the pool and hanging out on the grounds watching the boats on the waterway side of the property. The balcony is great for morning coffee and watching the sunrise. Highly recommend this rental to those who want to enjoy Siesta Key's beauty and fun!

Amazing condo, close to everything! I really appreciated the communication with the hosts, and the easy access to the beach. The condo was very clean and spacious, I would stay here every year if I could!

We didn't know Siesta Key, the apartment is perfect, and it was sparkling clean (something we noticed a lot). Matt Sr is permanently available to resolve any concerns, he is super friendly and the details make you feel really good and comfortable, we traveled for my daughter's birthday, and when we arrived at the apartment there was a note and a cake dedicated to her birthday in the refrigerator; these are details of the kind of good person that make you feel that you are in the right place. The apartment is super spacious (the photos don't do it justice), clean and fully equipped, the complex is super complete and across the street is the beach and around the corner there is a minimarket and restaurants, and a large supermarket 2 km away, the place is amazing and the right one to go to Siesta Key. Really recommended 1000%. If I ever come back, I would return to this apartment, but mainly the one managed by Matt. Thank you Matt for making an incredible vacation!!!
