1st Level of the Home:
Indigo Reef Homes feature a beautifully laid-out design, with a deck, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and guest bath on the first level. The spacious living room opens up to a large porch, offering breathtaking sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico.
2nd Level of the Home:
The second level of Sunset Bay features a master suite with a King-size bed and ensuite bathroom, opening onto a balcony with Gulf views. Two additional bedrooms offer a Queen-size bed and two Twin-size beds, along with another guest bathroom. The laundry area is conveniently located upstairs. With a focus on space and luxury, the interior of this home is equally exquisite. Sunset Bay has been tastefully updated with new tropical decor furnishings in the living and dining areas.

BOATS TRAILERS

This is a storage option and located directly across the street from the Indigo Reef Community. Please call for pricing and make arrangements ahead of arrival.

This is a trailer park option with a vacant lot located at the end of 69th Street. Pricing is $100 per week or $200 per month.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
This home is not pet-friendly.
Special Reminder: This property has exterior video cameras.
The Indigo Reef HOA requires all vehicles and boats to be registered with their office in order to park on site. The current cost for vehicle parking passes are $10 per pass (maximum of 2 per villa), and $25 per boat pass. Please include your vehicle boat counts when making the reservation. Guests are responsible to replace lost or damaged passes. Please reach out to our office if you need to make any adjustments to your pass requests.

We loved indigo reef and this property was great for our group. It was a new listing so we had a couple things come up during the week but overall it s a great home. The pool and water access is top notch. We d definitely stay again!

This place was great for our family vacation. The pool is awesome and the neighbors are extremely friendly. We even saw a manatee in the canal one day! The overall resort was very fishing-oriented, which we weren't there to do but we found plenty of other fun things to explore during our stay. The pool time is a must!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and well taking care of. The staff is very helpful and quick to respond. The rental was spacious and fully loaded.

This was an incredible vacation. The property was everything it said it was and more. You just can't put into words the beauty of the surroundings. Family friendly and very convenient to all activities in the keys. Can't wait to come again

IR has a great atmosphere and the grounds keeping is superb. I also loved the views.

The condo was in great shape and the property was amazing. It felt like we were in paradise driving back into the property. The service from Coco-Plum was great and when they found out it was our 25th anniversary a card and bottle of bubbly was left in the fridge for us to enjoy. We could not have asked for a better experience.
