Just off the main area, enjoy indoor recreation with a 3-in-1 game table and drink fridge. Each of the three well-appointed bedrooms offers a private en-suite bathroom and Smart TVs, ideal for both adult privacy and kid-friendly comfort.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 28-night minimum.
Pool Heating and chilling is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees my apply.
If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
Special Reminder: This property has exterior video cameras, none on the interior.

Our family had an awesome stay at this property. The house was very clean and well appointed, with all listed amenities. The pool was fantastic, along with the putting green, volleyball areas, and all of the seating areas where you could find sun or shade at any point during the day. The use of the dock was perfect for some fishing and watching the sunrises and sunsets. I would highly recommend this property when visiting Marathon.

We stayed at this beautiful home in Marathon the week before Christmas, and it was absolutely stunning. The house itself was gorgeous — spotless, comfortable, and even better than the photos. You can really tell the owners take pride in the property. The owners and the property manager, Coco Plum, were wonderful to work with and made sure every need we had was met quickly and kindly. Their communication and hospitality truly made our stay special. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Keys. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay here again!

This vacation property is FABULOUS! We are ready to book this place again for next year. The staff was incredible and very efficient. The place was clean, and the property was exquisite. I highly recommend this property and rental company.
