Located in Bay Oaks on Beautiful Siesta Key, this condo is nestled near the rear. Parking is covered which is a must for Florida Sun. The unit is very well maintained and clean! It's as clean as a 5 star hotel room. The views from 3 sitting decks are all great. And you can enjoy a very nice view of the big oak tree that sits by the Bay. Hotel quality bedding and very comfortable I might add. Brand new fridge, easy to cook range. It is loaded full of kitchen supplies. Very handy and must have washer and dryer in the unit. If you are looking for a very nice and QUIET, spot this is one to consider. My family loved it.

The condo is well situated by trolley to Siesta and walkable to Crescent village. It's an older style but the inside is well maintained and refurbished and the pool is better then photos suggest. Visitor and primary parking ideal. TV streaming, AC, and bedroom sizing very good. The only downside here is bathrooms. They need both TLC and just better thinking. It's an expectation even at beach casual rentals that owners invest into a more pleasing experience - better fixtures, lighting, towel quality, soap and shampoo quality etc.. this is a quite negative for me as a renter, even though we don't spend a lot of time there, it just doesn't equate to the value and price that we paid. Overall the place is very comfortable with highlights being the patio screened in space and sectional sofa living room. The property managers were incredibly responsive and friendly and generous, which made the whole trip and A+ experience

We enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key. The Condo was perfect for our stay. Check in information arrived as expected and overall communication was easy. The beds were comfortable and the view of the intercoastal from our balcony was awesome. While the pool was great, the provided beach equipment, wagon and cooler made comfortable excursions to the beach possible.

Love the location! Having two balconies with an intercoastal view was lovely. All the rooms were very spacious and clean. The linens were fresh, clean and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was exceptional. The decorum was functional, nothing fancy, but clean and coastal. This complex is definitely aged and renovations are underway.

The hosts were always quick to reply to any of our questions/needs. The condo is close to everything- yet very quiet within the home. The owners were also very kind in leaving a bag of goodies to welcome us and make our stay a little easier. Our kids loved watching the boats drive by from the living room! There are pull out trundle beds under the king size beds- this was nice to allow various sleeping arrangements with our kids.
