It s a perfect spot for couples or even a small family.

There s a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, sink and mini-fridge. And to complete this beautiful space - your own private ensuite bathroom.

The private pool is one of the largest in the area -- it s 15 x 31 and surrounded by an expansive stone patio with plenty of seating options. You can lounge by the pool, or find a shady covered spot to read or enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table. With access from the main house and the carriage house - this space is the perfect gathering spot for your group and the extra tall fence makes it even more private. Home exits to the pool have safety alarms, and pool heat is available for an extra fee.

Grill Masters will appreciate the large built-in grill with extra prep area. It s natural gas - so no running out of propane in the middle of grilling. The covered dining area is perfect for enjoying meals poolside. There s also a separate fenced grass lawn -- a great place for children or dogs to play!
