This was our second time staying at Beach Manor 1408. We love the views and updated interior. Out of 10 years traveling to Destin, we have stayed at Tops'l every trip. Beach Manor 1408 will always be our go to!

Beach Manor 1408 is a beautiful 3 bedroom condo overlooking the gulf! Large balcony - we saw dolphins swimming every day from the balcony! Beautifully decorated and clean! Loved the soft, white sand beach and we had access to two pools! You cannot go wrong with this unit !

The condo was unbelievable, with amazing views and short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay again if the price is right. The only thing I feel I should mention is the unit had a smell along the lines of moth balls - not sure why or how, but that's the only downside of the property.

We had a wonderful experience at this condo and we look forward to returning next summer. Cleanliness is my top requirement when staying away from home and this place was spotless! The location was great and the views are spectacular. The whole property was very well maintained and the staff at the pool snack bar and beach rental stand were very friendly and my family would highly recommend this property.

Our stay was perfect here! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was plenty spacious for our family of four and we loved having a king bed for everyone. The views were amazing and we all said this had to be the best place we have ever stayed.
