We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Beautiful condo and exactly as described and shown in photos. This was our first stay at the Anchorage, and would stay again. It was a very short walk to the beach and a number of great restaurants.
Comfortable Coastal Retreat

Condo complex was very comfortable and spacious. Nice pool, grounds. There was a private beach access, however it was a bit longer walk than expected, requiring crossing a busy intersection. The 2 bedroom unit was very well equipped and had plenty of room to be comfortable. Nice balconies, one from each bedroom and a larger one accessible from the living room and kitchen. Great selection of kitchen supplies and nice appliances. Great accommodations in n general.
Beach Bliss with a Side of Noise

Our only complaint was that it was a bit noisy when you were outside. Some delivery men dropped off some rocks very early one morning and we were near the garbage and recycling and that was loud. The pool was great. The apartment was spacious and we loved the close access to the beach. We also had three decks! Loved it!
Charming Condo with Minor Quirks

Condo is nicely decorated and in a convenient location near restaurants and trolley stop. It can be windy. The recycling area for the building is under the condo which is on the second floor so there is occasional noise.

Great location to beach, restaurants and the breeze trolley is directly outside the property. I personally loved the waterways on the back of the property to watch the dolphins/fish during sunset and throughout the evening. The condo itself was bigger than expected, kitchen fully stocked, clean and everything you need for the beach is ready to go. 100% will be back.

Great location, easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Loved the beach accessories available for us to use, umbrellas, chairs, floats and wagon made our vacation so easy. Will definitely be back for a return visit!

I was so embarrassed by the fact the host would get ahold of me right away when I had any questions. The Condo was beautiful very inviting when you walked in . Loved it so did my friend we had a great visit . Loved that we could just walk across the street to the private beach also . Definitely will be staying here again.
