FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Siesta Keys Serenity with Room for Improvement

This was our first time in Siesta Keys and we did enjoy our stay! It was a spacious condo with everything you need for the kitchen & the Beds were comfortable. The location was awesome and walkable. We had a beautiful view being on the 7th floor! There are also plenty of extras provided for a convenient walk to the beach. A few minor cons we had were that We didn't get pool towels at check-in (although they're listed as provided) and vacationing with kids, that was a bit of a bummer because we had 2 beach d

Très grand appartement et idéal pour une famille de 4 à 6 personnes. La cuisinière manque un peu d'amour mais ils ont dit qu'ils y verraient. Les seuls bémols sont le bruit de la rue et de la climatisation. Pour le restant tout est bien.

On arrival out of hours, we had a hitch with the pass code to the unit, but this was quickly and efficiently resolved by the Out of Hours team.Otherwise, we had a lovely time. The apartment was clean with all required amenities including speedy wi-fi. Our hosts were also able to allow us a late check out on our day of departure.Would recommend.

We had a great week with our kids. The scenery and places to walk were great. Our kids enjoyed fishing from the back area of the property a ton. Our only let down was the distance to walk with everything to the beach and back. Definitely my advice would be to bring a beach wagon. There is a bunch of stuff at the condo which is great but to hall it back n forth for 5 people is a lot. Everything was clean and inviting we did wish they gave you at least some trash bags and maybe a pod or two for the dishwasher

We had the best trip!! The condo is beautiful and was perfect for us. This was our first time staying in Siesta Key and we're already looking forward to coming back. We absolutely will be requesting this condo for our next visit.
Family Fun with a Side of Noise

Had a wonderful time with my family. You have to cross a busy street to get to the beach, but beach is beautiful. Pool area and tennis courts very nice. Near the bridge, so on the noisy side. Older building, but well maintained. A few bars, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Shuttle bus pick up right outside the condo. Unfortunately, there was construction going on during our stay.

My husband and I have only good things to say about our stay at Global. Tina and her staff were incredibly polite and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. We were so pleased with our experience that we have already booked a month-long stay with them again next year.
