Pool Spa Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows maximum 3 cars.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you.
A $25 fee per vehicle will apply for any vehicles exceeding the allotted number of passes.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Exactly what we needed for our stay. It would be helpful to have cleaning supplies like a broom and wipes available, or at least labeled where they can be found.

This was a great resort/house to stay in. The Home had everything you could need especially for those traveling with children. Within a reasonable distance from Disney World that we visited and enough time to get home and still enjoy the facilities. On site and offsite also easy to get to.
Spacious Retreat with Pool Perks

The house was very spacious, clean and matched the description. The pool and jacuzzi were a big hit. I do feel like the jacuzzi heat should be included with the price especially because after paying extra the heater still automatically cuts off at 8pm. Some nights we didn't even get back to the house until after 8pm. It was a great stay and I would definitely stay again.

The house was huge and beautiful. I think the only thing I didn't like was the experience with a big box management company. Heating the pool was extra money, having a pack n play was extra money, the upstairs thermostat was locked with a passcode that they didn't want to give me? (Even though the downstairs was unlocked and we could adjust the temp) It just didn't feel like your typical homeowner Airbnb because it wasn't, but the house itself was great.

The house was extremely clean and laid out perfectly. Being able to control the hot tub heat would have been a nice feature, though I understand if that's not possible.

This place was perfect for our family of 9! The house was very spacious and the themed bedrooms were perfect for the kids. The community amenities was great with the pool, splash pad, and playground. The staff was very attentive and responded to all our questions immediately. This is a great place for families and we really enjoyed our time here!
Perfect Getaway Near Disney

Great location! House is right by the clubhouse for the resort, which had a nice pool, kids area, and good food at their restaurant. Also, not too far from Disney. Home was a good size and loved the pool & hot tub heat being included, we used both a lot before and after our time at Disney. Host was very responsive and even accommodated a late check-out. We would definitely consider staying again.
