For added comfort, the owner has installed a large ceiling fan in the living room.

The living room opens up to a spacious, extended patio. The owners made sure to capitalize on every once of space, as guests enjoying the heated pool with spillover spa can enjoy relaxing in the cabana daybed or four longer chairs. The entire family can enjoy a meal outside on the two high-top tables that seat twelve guests. There is even an outdoor fan to keep the breeze nice and fresh.  If someone in the family is a grill master, they will fall in love with the built-in gas bbq grill! A small breakfast table is set up at the end of the patio to enjoy a drink or bite while watching a round of love golf!

The family will most certainly gravitate to the theater/game room to make some vacation memories.
