As you walk into this home, you are greeted by the impressive 30 high glass entryway that opens into the kitchen and dining table that seats 8. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. Adjoining this is a queen-over-full custom bunk bed that adjoins the family bathroom with tub/shower. As you go to the second floor via the entrance or side staircase you will be impressed with the open space and 10 high ceilings. The main living room has a wet bar and seating for 5 with fantastic views, perfect for entertaining. There is also a card table that seats 8 and a leather sofa with electrical recliners. Sonos sound and an 85-Inch SMART TV, Apple TV, and a PS4 will keep your group entertained. Open the balcony doors to your large balcony with fantastic views, high-top seating for 6, and a daybed. This property is a must stay. Great location quick walk to the beach restaurants and supermarkets is right around the corner. House is beautiful and offers gathering space as well as privacy with "two attached residences: Outdoor amenities- great grill, tiki bar, fire pit, putting green, ping pong and watching the manatees and sunsets from the dock were family favorites. Highly recommended.

Well we are packing up after absolutely AMAZING vacation. This home exceeded our expectations and we cant to get back to this Island Life Villa. Thank you so much to Terri and Leigh for making this home available for other to enjoy. This was our first family trip since Covid lockdown and it was so great for us to relax and enjoy some Florida Sun. We will be back soon!!! Until then we will have to get "shipfaced" in NC

Words cannot do this pictures paradise justice! It was love at first sight for our entire family once we stepped foot into Island Life Villa. When you think of a perfect southern island setting, this is the vision that springs to mind. Situated in a quote canal right beside the launch makes kayaking & easy a quick paddle around the corner gets you into the Bay and you are spotting schools of fish swimming in the shallow clear waters! Waking up here every morning was an absolute delight for the senses. From the beautiful birdsongs each morning to the egrets and great blue herons cruising by.. you will be mesmerized by Florida's unique nature on display. The most amazing manatees floated gracefully right past our dock every day. Captivating us all!! Fish are also plentiful and jumping constantly right off the dock great for fishing or just watching. Our family fun at Island Life Villa continued in the backyard with abundant games giant connect 4, ping pong, putt putt, tiki bar, and gorgeous heated pool with views of the canal and Bay beyond!! The firepit makes a great evening spot to gather to unwind or head to the beach and catch the sun as it sets for truly spectacular view. Island Life Villa is such a well appointed property outside and inside. Lovely landscaping and thoughtful nautical décor made us feel instantly at home. Plus the most comfortable bed my husband and I have ever slept in. Island Life Villa is an easy 5 minute walk to the peaceful beach where white powder sand stretches for miles. You will love the frolicking dolphins on display there! Don't hesitate to make your inspired getaway to Island Life Villa and come away transformed.

This spectacular island villa exceeded all our expectations! If you are looking for a modern home with a beautiful architectural design and gorgeous interior décor you have to take a look at this stunner and don't hesitate to book! The over abundance of windows gave the most dreamy views of a marine rich bay that is home to manatee, dolphins and of course many different species of fish. When we were not busy trying to spot one of these cool creatures we enjoyed a dip in the pool and nightly cocktails by the most fabulous tiki bar. The kids couldn't get enough of the mini putt that is located next to a cozy fire pit! When we didn't spend our time at this beautiful villa we ventured across the street to the white sand beach that is home to seashells galore! The beach is maintained beautiful and the water as clear as the blue sky above. The island itself is rich in top notch restaurants that have the freshest fish imaginable a true ocean to table experience. The island is home to a historic pier that everyone should visit at sunset including little shops surrounding that offer some cool take home keepsakes. I cant say enough good things about our experience and our stay at island life villa it truly reenergized our souls and made us want to return again and again for the stay and adventure! Its truly paradise with the upmost unique details. Thank you Island Life Villa for the exceptional experience.

My wife and i didn't know much about Anna Maria Island when we booked our vacation. Based on their high reviews and recommendations we chose to book with AMI locals for our vacation rentals. We are SO glad we did!! The staff was very helpful from booking, departing and answering any questions we had about the island. I would highly recommend this company to anyone staying on the island. The house we stated in was immaculate and had everything our group of 8 needed! When you talk AMI locals make sure to ask about the Island Life Villa! this is hands down the best rental house we ever stated in and are already booked again for next year. Thank you AMI Locals!

We visited recently with my wife, parents, brother and sister in law. The property was incredibly decorated and was setup for a great vacation. Not only did it have a great view of the water but was also a short walk to the beach. Best of both worlds! i will 100% come back again.
