This stunning vacation home offers breathtaking views of the Bay, spacious outdoor lounging areas, tropical sunset firepit with seating, and a resort style swimming pool with a separate seating area. This special home is located on an acre of land and backed up to a secluded coral lagoon. A dream vacation in a dream location!

Dock: Pier-style 22 dock extending over the bay with a shallow draft (2 ) right on the open Gulf. Due to the shallow depth, please confirm if your boat can be accommodated prior to booking, including any rental boats.
Pool: Private 504 sqft waterside pool with separate seating area (not a hot tub), with optional heating available on request. Pool towels are provided.
Pet-friendly: Pets are welcome! Please notify us in advance and adhere to our pet policy. 1 acre fenced in yard perfect for pets.
Fishing Enthusiasts: Fish cleaning table and bait freezer available. Right on open water, can fish right off the dock into the Gulf.
Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy outdoor fun with two kayaks, two beach cruiser bikes, a tire pump, ping pong, a cornhole set, and two paddleboards all set for adventure and relaxation.
Parking: 4+ parking spots for vehicles and trailers.
Sleep in Comfort: The master suite has an ensuite bathroom. Smart TV s in all bedrooms.
Private Outdoor Space: Enjoy a gas grill, open water views, coral pond, firepit, private patio, and a spacious 1-acre lot. Plus, a second-level balcony with a dining area offers stunning sunset views over the Gulf.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with all essentials, including a drip-style coffee maker.
Gulf-Front Oasis: This rare, private 1-acre lot on the Gulf offers lush tropical landscaping, a coral pond, and a dock for snorkeling in the shallows. With a fully fenced yard and beautiful, secluded setting, it s the perfect private retreat in the Keys.

Outdoor Oasis:
Relax around the outdoor patio table while your family enjoys the pool, with the Gulf as your stunning backdrop. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit for fun and s mores. If you re in the mood to grill, a propane grill on the upper patio makes it easy. The property also features a boat dock for tying up your boat, plus easy access to the peaceful coral lagoon. The fully fenced yard offers a pet-friendly space, so your furry friends can enjoy paradise too!
2nd level of the home:
The spacious upper level features a dining room that seats up to 10 people and sleeping accommodations for up to six. It includes one bedroom, bedroom 3, with two Twin beds, another, bedroom 2, with a Queen bed, and a master suite with a King bed. The living area offers seating for up to 12, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

The property was very private and beautiful with many amenities. It was perfect for my family vacation. We were able to swim, fish, bike, and kayak. The property managers were straightforward to contact and receptive to our questions.

Beach view of good but no access to beach, which we knew. The pool was enjoyed but it is quite small. The house was pleasantly clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked

We had a great vacation. Beautiful property. Sunsets were amazing. The kids had a great time exploring the 1 acre property; riding bikes, playing ping-pong, playing in the pool and exploring the dock. Looking forward to visiting this place again. The hosts were truly amazing, very responsive and friendly and ensured we had a great time.

The best part of this property was sitting at the pool looking at the ocean. It gives a wide unobstructed view. Lots of palm trees that give a tropical vibe. Communication with the property managers was fantastic. We would highly recommend this property.

This isn?t a 5 star hotel but it?s a 10 star property that serves you up a slice of heaven! The house feels like a home away from home, and you can tell they are working very hard to get the surrounding property just the way they want it. I?ll definitely be renting here again.
