Beautiful home on the water! Minutes to restaurants which were all excellent; also loved the handwritten notebook of recs from owners and former guests ✨ paddle boards and kayaks were awesome and easy access out of the canal! Beaches were covered in seaweed but we totally expected this due to time of year and booked several boat trips that were amazing-snorkeling with turtles, fish, dolphins and along a sunken boat! We were in the pool 1-2x a day, having a fridge on every level of home was also a big plus on hot days🙌🏼 area was safe for dog walking early morning and evening as well as bike rides with the bikes on property; also a perk—-the industrial ice machine-clutch. Any issues we had we got an immediate response from the coco plum crew, great host, would def book their properties again 👑

We stayed here with friends with a total of 10 people, 4 adults and 6 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone never felt crowded. We all had a great time!

We had a great time! The house was beautiful and perfect for a relaxing week. The pool, pool area, and dock were where we spent most of our time. Kayaks and paddleboards were a nice bonus for exploring the nearby Atlantic shallows. The home had plenty of space, and the beds were very comfortable. Showers were clean with great water pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed?we used the stove, oven, and grill daily. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Casa Playa was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental.

The home was nicely decorated, had modern amenities, and ample room. Overall this home was a good place to vacation with my family. Coco Plum was extremely responsive to any of my inquiries.

It was the perfect location. House was super clean and we enjoyed the pool and being on the water to see the manatees that came every afternoon

It was very nice the lady at Coco Plum was excellent when we had a problem she was right there to help the neighbors were very nice had a great time the place was beautiful thank you for the great experience

Our group had the best time! We were two families of 4 and the kids and adults all had a blast! We were able to rent a boat and kept it at the dock which was really convenient and we had the best days cruising around the water. We didn?t feel the need to plan other activities because we all had so much fun at the house! We would definitely come back and couldn?t think of anything else that would have made our stay better.
