The house is great and much bigger than it appears in the photos. perfect for families and ample parking for vehicles and boat trailers. Ideal location for quick boat access to Hawks Channel and walking distance to Sombrero Beach.

This is our 5th annual trip to Marathon. It was our first time renting from Cocoa Plum. They made our stay more enjoyable with their quick responses. Check in and out was a breeze. The Blue Marlin house was perfect for our 3 couple group. Beds were comfy, the dock was great for our boat, and the view was beautiful! It was a quick, easy ride to the Atlantic. The ice machine was so nice to have for our fishing days. We would definitely rent from Coco Plum realty again.

We had a wonderful vacation. The location & open view from the patio allowed beautiful sunrise/setset & privacy. The beautiful Sombreo Beach just a half block walk to the beach. three couples each with a dog, we walked every morning around the Sombrero Beach park. Very dog & people friendly. Coco Plum staff was outstanding so much better than VRBO or AirBnB I accidentally dialed their number & hung up, within 30 min got a call back saying they saw my missed call. Thank you so much!

House had everything you would need plus some. It?s an older house but super clean and full of amenities. Boat dock was perfect to tie up and the big ice machine we took advantage of during our offshore fishing days.
